With her prowess in critical thinking and business strategy formulation, as well as her ability to build teams and gear them towards goal actualization, she had led Philly & Mools Automobile, Metro taxi Ltd, Rosabon Financial Services, Bridget Whyte Consulting, Eat n Go Ltd (A Franchise of Dominos Pizza & Coldstone Creamery), among others. Aviance Homes is born out of passion for real estate and entrepreneurship with over ten (10) years of outstandingly providing solutions to problems in construction, business development and infrastructure businesses.
She is a strategist, result oriented and business management experience covering the Private & Public practice. Her burning desire to solve the problem of housing and properties of the ever-increasing population of Lagos and Nigeria gave birth to Aviance Homes. OTUNBA TAIWO ABDUL
He is naturally endowed with the gift of birthing uncommon transformative, architectural, and innovative buildings of world class standard. It is therefore not a surprise that he settled for a career in the real estate development sector. Otunba Taiwo Abdul is a philanthropist and a community builder. AUGUSTINE NWAOKOLO
Austin Nwaokolo is a development Economist. He holds a B.Sc economics degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and M.Sc economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria
He is a Gold member of ISACA, USA (Information Systems Audit & Control Association).
Before moving to the banking sector, he was an Associate Consultant at Computer Audit Control & Security Associates (CACS). Some of his remarkable achievements include the implementation of Audit Command Language (ACL) and use of CAATT – Computer Assisted Audit Tools & Techniques to audit through the computer.
He has fifteen years banking experience which spanned IT Audit, Inspection, Internal Control, Information Systems Security, Forensic Investigation, Fraud prevention and Investigation, Marketing and customer service.
He is a multiple award winner and he has attended local and foreign training.
He is the Sales Executive Director of Aviance Homes; he is a rare gem and real estate mogul. He is a highly respected entrepreneur, an outstanding professional in Audit and Forensic Audits.
He brings to the table, a wealth of expertise in the real estate sector, banking, financial advisory, strategic planning, amongst others. Over the cause of his exceptional career, he has earned reputable affluence not just in real estate firms but also as a personality.
